Powerwall 2 is Tesla’s orignal battery storage system and stores free energy from the sun, using Tesla’s industry leading electric vehicle battery cell technology.

This second-generation battery is fully integrated with a sleek aesthetic appearance, can store up to a whopping 13.5kWh’s of energy and is able to output up to 5kW of power at any one time.

The Tesla App gives you full visibility of the household energy usage and consumption, solar production, and self-consumption, as well as the battery state of charge and usage.

 

Flexible Installation 
Powerwall is compatible with any solar pv system and can be wall or floor mounted. Up to 9 Powerwall’s can be stacked together on a single installation.

 

Weatherproof 
Powerwall is fully waterproof and can be sited in-door or outdoor. The battery has an integrated temperature control system which heats or cools the battery and regulates its temperature – this means the battery can be sited outside, increasing the choice of installation location.
