Hill of Oaks

Situated on the edge of Windermere lake is this stunning boathouse which started as a new build. It had its challenges due to the depth of the lake depending on the unpredictable Cumbrian weather.  Very spacious with open plan kitchen/living/dining room area with the spectacular view right across the picturesque lake.  The client requested renewable energies such as an Air Source Heat Pump and Solar PV to become a more self-sufficient house. As you can see this project is completed to fulfil the client’s requirements for a sustainable property.
